Zen Software Partner Programme

The Zen Software Partner Programme is designed to create a business partnership with those organizations that actively use, promote and support the range of products that we distribute.

Partner Programme benefits

Significant discounts from RRP¹;
Access to heavily discounted NFR licences¹;
Priority support and service;
Regular product bulletins;
Access to Partner training seminars and events;
Access to use product and partner programme logos and other marketing materials in conjunction with your own materials;
Partners and Premium Partners will be listed on our reseller locator;
Premium Partners will receive leads where possible and appropriate;

¹ Discounts and access to NFR licences are subject to per product minimum sales volumes detailed in the table at the end of this document.

Partner Programme eligibility

Eligible companies should be directly involved in the supply of IT related products, services, support or consultancy to their own customer base and be in a position to make regular sales of our products.

The Partner Programme has three 'status' levels based on a partner's cumulative RRP sales over the previous 365 days:-

Programme level	Minimum required spend over previous 365 days
Reseller	Up to £999.99
Partner	£1000.00 to £3499.99
Premium Partner	£3500.00 and above
Software Distribution Partner²	n/a

²Software Distribution Partner status is reserved for well established software warehouse retailers with significant online software catalogues and their own established reseller channel eg. DABS, Grey Matter, QBS etc.

These levels are re-assessed upwards automatically on the 1st of each month but downwards changes are only made on the 1st of each quarter. A check for inactive partners (no purchases in the past 365 days or within the first 90 days of joining) and a reset of discounts based on programme level and licence sales is done on the first of every month.

Partners can see their cumulative RRP purchases over the past 365 days in the 'Your Orders' page when logged in to their account on our website.

Partner Programme general requirements

New Partner Programme members must make a first purchase within 90 days of joining our Partner Programme;
Your primary business must be reselling and supporting IT services and products to your own customer base;
You must maintain at least one contact name, a non-premium rate landline telephone number and an email address that an appropriate person within your organisation can be contacted on during normal office hours;
To remain as an 'active' partner you must maintain a minimum of 1 purchase from us every 365 days. 'Inactive Partners' will still receive product bulletins and more modest discounts, but won't have access to priority support, training seminars or NFR licences;
Access to resell any particular product is by application and there may be additional product specific requirements which will need to be fulfilled and confirmed;

Access to resell specific products is also subject to the Partner...

...being an 'active' partner on Zen Software's Partner Programme;
...having downloaded, installed and familiarised themselves with the product in question;
...confirmed their wish to resell the specific product by completing the appropriate form;
...fulfilled any additional product specific requirements that may be applicable;
...maintaining appropriate knowledge of the product such that first line support can be offered to customers to whom the product has been re-sold;
...commits to supporting customers to whom they've re-sold products to;
...maintaining per product minimum licence sales volume as shown in the table at the end of this document;

Discount levels for each product line are shown in the table at the end of this document and are based on a partner's level on Zen Software's Partner Programme. In the case of BackupAssist, the discount available can also optionally be based on new sales volume instead of just the Partner's level status.

We reserve the right to reject applications, remove partners from our Programme and modify any details, requirements or benefits relating to our Partner Programme at any time without notice (although we will always do our best to communicate any changes in a timely and appropriate manner!)
